About InfoShore

Three marketplaces, done properly

We've been a software company since 2008, and building Shopify marketplace integrations since 2017. We don't cover twenty channels. We cover three, and we answer the phone.

Why InfoShore exists

We started with one problem

InfoShore Software Private Limited has been building software since 2008. Shopify wasn't the beginning of the story.

In 2017 we watched merchants spend their evenings doing the same thing over and over: opening Shopify, opening eBay, and typing the same product into both. Changing a price in two places. Discovering they'd sold the last one twice, and finding out from the buyer.

So we built an eBay app. Then an Etsy app, because the same evening was happening there.

After that we tried covering more ground. A Walmart importer. A dropshipping importer. A second Amazon app. They're all still on the Shopify App Store, and we don't market any of them. They work, but they never earned the depth of attention the first three did, and marketplace integrations punish shallow attention.

Most marketplace software tries to support everything. We tried that too. Three channels is where we could do the job properly, so three channels is where the work goes.

Nine years on, one merchant has been running our eBay app for more than six years. Our apps process millions of sync events every month. And the support chat is still answered by people who wrote the code you're asking about.

How we work

Six things we're stubborn about

Accuracy

We don't oversell the sync

Marketplace APIs queue and rate-limit. So we say sync is automatic, not instant. A promise we can't keep becomes a support ticket you didn't need, and a one-star review neither of us wanted.

Depth

Three channels, not twenty

Etsy, eBay and Amazon each behave differently — different APIs, different listing rules, different failure modes. Covering twenty marketplaces means understanding none of them.

Support

Humans, around the clock

Live chat and email staffed 24/7. Most first replies land in under a minute. When a setup is genuinely tangled, we get on a call rather than trading tickets for a week.

Longevity

We stay on the apps

eBay Integration shipped in 2017 and is still being developed. Merchants who installed it years ago are still running it. Software you rely on shouldn't be abandoned.

Certification

Built for Shopify

Our Etsy Integration app meets Shopify's highest standard for performance, design and integration quality.

Control

Automation you can steer

Every app lets you decide which fields travel, what your store may overwrite, and how prices differ per channel. Sync should not be a black box.

The short version

Nine years, three apps

We started with eBay because that's where the merchants who needed us were. Everything since has followed the same pattern: pick a marketplace, learn its API properly, and support the people who trust us with their catalog.

STEP 01

2017 — eBay Integration

Our first Shopify app ships. Two-way import and export with automatic listing revision.

STEP 02

2019 — Etsy Integration

Bulk import and export between Shopify and Etsy, with SKU matching and per-channel pricing rules.

STEP 03

Today — Built for Shopify

Our Etsy Integration app earns Shopify's Built for Shopify certification. PRO Importer for Amazon brings Seller Central catalogs into Shopify.

Questions

About InfoShore, answered

InfoShore Software Private Limited was founded in 2008. We published our first Shopify app, eBay Integration, in 2017, and have been building marketplace integrations ever since.
InfoShore Software Private Limited is based in India. Our support runs 24/7, so time zones don't decide when you get an answer.
Three that we actively market: Etsy Integration, eBay Integration, and PRO Importer for Amazon. We've published others over the years; these are the ones we build on.
Sometimes. Several merchants on our eBay app run custom import and sync requirements that we built for them. Additional charges apply. Email us and describe what you need.
Each app has its own privacy policy covering the Shopify data scopes it requests — they differ per app, so we don't merge them. Links are in the footer. Questions go to [email protected].
